Your report arrives within 24 hours of both being complete. If anything’s missing I’ll ask once — the turnaround starts when it’s all in.
Export every trade in the account’s life, not just the last day — the patterns live in the whole history. Other platform? Send whatever CSV you have: if it shows entry/exit times, size, and P&L per trade, it almost certainly works, and if it can’t be analyzed you don’t pay.
Just type them into the message — this is all of it:
